Tony Burkys - Heavy Mettle

Tony Burkys - Heavy Mettle - Tony is lead guitar and backup vocalist with Lonnie Lee's Leemen as well as playing his sweet natural sounding guitar with other groups mainly in the jazz field. He spent some of his early heady days in the Melbourne band 'Captain Matchbox' and other groups of the time. This album features songs he has written over the years and its music style content stretches over several styles. More in a soft jazz style, the songs are fresh and the singing and playing is great. Good as background or listening music when ones want to 'wind down'.
